I had a mix of experiences at Code Apartments during my stay. The location was excellent, close to the train station and enjoyable dining options, which I loved. However, I faced some maintenance and cleanliness issues that could definitely use improvement. Overall, I think the apartments have potential with more attention to detail.

Rooms
7.0
The apartment was quite spacious and clean, though the decor was a little bland. I did notice some dust and found the lack of compendium confusing, especially with essential switches behind the microwave. The shower had solid flow but needed better ventilation to prevent condensation.
Service
8.0
The front desk staff were fantastic—friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. I felt supported throughout my stay, even though I did encounter some minor maintenance issues.
Location
9.0
The location was a major plus. It was only 500m to the railway station, making it super easy to get around Brisbane. I also enjoyed being close to local shops and restaurants in Bowen Hills.
Dining
8.0
I didn't dine at the hotel itself, but I enjoyed the fresh and vibrant food scene nearby, with plenty of cafes and dining options just a short walk away.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, with a well-equipped kitchen and a nice pool which was pleasantly warm. However, I could see some areas needing better upkeep, especially the kitchen utensils, which were of poor quality.

I had a decent experience at Code Apartments, with a nice clean pool and a convenient location near Bowen Hills. However, the customer service left much to be desired, as the staff was sometimes unfriendly and unhelpful. The condition of the room was hit or miss, depending on which apartment you got—some were well-kept while others, like mine, had cleanliness issues that really affected my stay.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was clean and had all the essentials, but I noticed some upkeep issues, like stains on the blinds and some dirt in the corners. Other apartments seemed much nicer.
Service
5.0
The front desk staff varied in friendliness. Some were helpful, while others seemed annoyed, which made interactions a bit uncomfortable.
Location

This place is in a great spot, just a short walk to the train station and local stores, which made getting around Brisbane super easy.
Dining

I didn't dine in, but there's a solid range of local restaurants and food options nearby that you can check out.
Facilities

The pool area was nice and well-maintained, and the common facilities were decent, but I did notice some trash around the parking area.

I was completely happy with my stay at Code Apartments, thanks to the friendly staff and the well-equipped kitchen. However, there were some housekeeping issues that detracted from my overall experience. While the location was quite central and convenient, the room had a few maintenance concerns that needed attention.

Rooms

The studio apartment was spacious and had a lot of natural light, but cleanliness was a concern with smelly sheets and questionable shower conditions. There was also a broken side table and the decor felt a bit cheap.
Service

The staff were incredibly helpful and approachable, always ready to assist with any requests I had during my stay. I appreciated their friendliness and how they responded promptly when I needed more towels.
Location

The location was fantastic, very central and a short walk to the train station, cafes, and supermarkets. It was much closer to the CBD than I had realized, making it convenient for my plans during the stay.
Dining

While I didn’t engage much with dining, I did enjoy some delicious marmalade during my visit. It added a nice touch to my breakfast.

The facilities included a well-equipped gym, but the pool seemed a bit small. I appreciated the laundry amenities in the apartment, which added to the convenience of my stay.

I enjoyed my stay overall, with a great location and modern apartment aesthetics. however, the practical aspects like a poorly stocked kitchen and unusual layout left me wanting more. While the staff were friendly and helpful, there were hygiene concerns on one visit that truly stood out.

Rooms
7.0
The apartment was large and clean, but the kitchen design was frustrating with high cupboards and limited utensils. I also noticed some wear and tear on fittings. The lack of a TV in the bedroom was disappointing, and only having two pillows felt insufficient.
Service
7.0
The staff were great and very helpful during my arrival. they were easy to contact, which added a nice touch to my experience. However, there were moments where attention to detail was lacking, like not offering parking or Wi-Fi information at check-in.
Location

The location was perfect for my needs. close to good attractions, easy access to transport, and only a short distance from the Gas Works complex. It’s ideal for both work and leisure trips.
Dining

I didn’t experience much dining on-site, but the grocery shopping service could be handy for those looking to self-cater. the nearby area has plenty of options.
Facilities

Facilities like the small pool and gym were nice to have. they might not be extensive, but they served their purpose. Additionally, having essential appliances like a washer and dryer was a huge plus for me.

I had a mixed experience at Code Apartments in Brisbane. While the location was fantastic and the spacious layout of the apartments was a big plus, I encountered numerous cleanliness issues and maintenance problems that detracted from my stay. The lack of housekeeping services for my six-day visit left much to be desired.

Rooms
5.0
The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, but I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness. I found hair in the bathroom and old food on the kitchen floor. The furniture seemed old and stained, and the shower had a poor water flow, soaking the entire bathroom. Additionally, there were no basic cleaning supplies like a broom or dish detergent, which made it inconvenient.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly and approachable, but I did face some issues getting timely assistance. Despite asking multiple times for more pillows, I received towels instead, which was frustrating. I also had trouble with the lifts, as only one was operational, leading to long waits.
Location
8.0
The location was a highlight. Being close to the Newstead and Gasworks areas was perfect for my work, and it was handy to have the RBWH nearby for my needs. Plus, the convenience stores and IGA within walking distance made shopping very easy.
Dining
5.0
While there was a kitchen in the apartment, the lack of basic dining supplies was a letdown. I expected at least some essentials for cooking, but this wasn't the case. So, I had to buy many items myself for cooking.
Facilities
5.0
The gym and pool facilities were below expectations. The gym was dirty and had broken equipment lying around, while the pool area wasn't well-maintained, with debris lingering for days.
